In regards to an earlier post, I would interested in receiving, by   
separate email, the paper and attachments you have written. I am still

The Neural Database is certainly good for storing the met-data.  Once you
have entered this, you have created a large part of your application,
without any program coding or generation, since the NDB is driven by the
data definitions that are stored in it.
