Same problem I had....it's not been config...do a wrkcntinf and see if
that's a solution...also have you CE come in and config the ECS/service
moniter subsystem...he'll need the password of the day from
Atlanta/Roch....

It's one of those new things that they're dumping on users that the CE's
used to handle before..
