Display Session Hangs

Anyone familiar with this problem and have any solutions?

A number of our users who are accessing the AS/400 via Display Session
on their PC's report that the program hangs unexpectedly.  We're using
NS/Elite version 5.1 with Windows 95, and our AS/400 is running v3r7.

After pausing for a minute, when you begin to enter a command, the
system appears to be completely unresponsive, although the Display
Session is the active window on the desktop.  If you press Alt-Tab (as
if to cycle through open applications), the commands that you entered
execute, but you have to cycle back to Display Session to see what's
happened.   Any ideas?
