Don:
Check (or have someone) the QSYSOPR message queue on the remote system,
I'll bet there is a message there that will help you.  Might be an
authority problem, or possible the user id is not entered in the
distribution directory.  Just a guess, but sometimes it's better to be
lucky than good.
