Hello and welcome,
I am relatively new to the fabulous 400 as a programmer. But I have had
experience upgrading the 400's to new releases and the CUM updates. It has
been my experience that if you follow the instructions that accompanied the
media (probably on CD) sent from IBM.... I mean SKIP NO STEPS!!!, and do
EVERYTHING as per the easy to follow method instructed. You will be just
fine, I have had only small problems in this regard and it was always
traceable back to my own careless instruction following!
Any other questions let me know.
