 Interesting point.  BUT, unless IBM has been submitting articles,
bulletins, announcements, etc. which have been constantly rejected, you are
being way too easy on IBM.

 Readership requests are good, but I don't think that it will have much
effect if it doesn't start at the top, meaning IBM!!
