Paul,

You can't do it using fax/400. I've SCREEEMMED at them to make this
function available for general use for about 4 years now.... They ARE
doing this kind of function already..basically you need to be able to send
more than 1 splf in a fax transmit session to get past this problem due to
how spooling handles overlays...but you the user will never see this
functionality. I suggest you cash in your fax/400 and look at something
better...like Quadrant! IBM is just not committed to adding much needed
functionality to this product and it's going to drop by the wayside.

You CAN however do this using the Quadrant package....Now, how Quadrant
can do this using THE SAME IBM TECHNLOGY that faxless/400 is using and IBM
in Roch CAN'T is something that's just totally amazed me for years!

Give Andy a yodel at Quadrant...tell him I sent ya...he's a heckuva nice
guy....

Every soundoff I've ever been to Fax/400 has been one of the first things,
after Al Barsa's schpeals, that people bitch about...NOLA was no
exception...

Don in DC metro.
