I don't have any direct experience with the ActiveObjects product but we
use ClientObjects/400 (Delphi/400) from TCIS. It is my understanding
that they are based on the same underlying code. Delphi/400 is a very
good product. It is very stable and easy to implement. Also it runs
straight TCP with record level access. :) If it has any faults it would
be the documentation. I would give it a c+. The documentation has been
improving steadily which each release though.
