SNADS on 3 systems

I've got a question about SNADS regarding passthrough and sending
files.

If I have system A connected to system B via lease line, and system C
also connected to system B via lease line, does systems A and C know
about each other? Can I passthrough from A to C without signing on to
B first, and can I send files from A to C? Or must I send/passthrough
from system A to system B, then from B to C?

Before anyone asks, no, we're not on a network yet (but that is one of
my plans in the works).
