Chris,

Sounds like you have two options:

1) Fire them and hire new programmers.
2) Order a model upgrade for the AS/400 (the old "throw more hardware at
the problem" solution).

:-)


OK - maybe a third option:
Send them away for some education so they can learn what they are doing
wrong.
