If the ERRSFL keyword is coded at the file level and nothing is coded on the
error line in any format in the display file, the keyboard will not be
locked for the following:

        ERRMSG and ERRMSGID

        SFLMSG and SFLMSGID

        CHECK(M10) and CHECK(M11)

        CHECK(VN) and CHECK(VNE)

        COMP, RANGE, and VALUES

        Errors in floating point operations

        Decimal position entry errors
