Do you see the entry in the distribution queue after you do the SNDNETF? If the file is small you may have to put the queue on hold in order to see the entry. You can use WRKDSTQ to do this. If the entry makes it to the queue do you see the Connect and Send status when you release the queue? If the entry goes to Fail or Retry/Fail you may have a configuration problem. Match the distribution queue Local location name, network ID, remote location name, and mode to the values on the APPC device you are already using for passthrough. If the above doesn't work there is probably an error message in the distribution log (DSPDSTLOG) or operator message queue.
