They work. But they're not as lightweight as threads on Windows/Unix. On the
400, you'll get n+1 aditional group jobs for n threads. 

The performance gets much better in V4Rx, 'cos IBM found out how 'bad' they
were for the Internet stuff (web-server, etc) they were doing... ;-)
