This thing happens when the program is not updated.  Usually, I rant and rave 
and
then find the new module i recently compiled was not updated into the program.
The best thing to do  is delete the program.  Also, either clear or delete the
replaced obects in QRPLOBJ.  The use CRTPGM and recreate.  Do DSPPGM and verify
the module dates are correct and matches DSPMOD.   On the debug, again verify 
the
dates of the modules. Then on the debug use F10 to step and check the field 
every
few lines.   The more the experience we get, the more we forget the minor
stuff... good luck...
