Why not use the wrkjobscde (Work Job Scheduler) to add a CL job for hourly release. Or... you could make use of the CL command DLYJOB (delay a CL job a specified time interval) then proceed and call the job then loop back up to the top and only do it for so many loop cycles, then just place the looping CL onto the scheduled once when you want it to start. Can anyone tell me what is the best way to run jobs every hour without user intervention on an as/400. I need to keep alive a certain procedure and have it run every hour until certain time of the day.Thanks |
