Device Class = *LAN
Device Type = 3812
Device Model = 1
Lan Attach = *IP
Host Print transform = *Yes
Remote Location = Printer IP address or host name
Port Number = 9100, 2501, or other dedicated PCL/PJL port num
                - specify 9100 for all HP, Lexmark, and IBM printers
                - Specify 2501 for all IBM Network Printers

System Driver Pgm = *IBMPJLDRV or *HPPJLDRV  (Depending on make of
printer)
