I don't know if this would work, but I think it misses the point of Hank's
post. I believe Hank is talking about Data, not programs. So... unless I'm
going to do CPYF tofile(*PRINT) and mail myself many boxes of paper this
would not help me.

This is somewhat scary, Hank. Do you know where I can see the details? On
the bright side, right now, this is simply the Netherlands, so who cares.
However, I do see you point of this becoming the basis for international
law, judges hate to make decisions of their own when they can use someone
else's. The idea is called Starie Decisis (sp?) in constitutional law
circles, or "If it ain't fix, don't broke it!" in computer circles.
