If they are doing much VT100 to an AS/400 they really want to find a
TN5250 client.  Much, much nicer.  The keys map properly.  Shift-F11
actually does = F23 for instance.

But, has anyone tried telnetting from a regular 3196 terminal? Is there
anyway to have a "Ctrl" key on the terminal?  The default mapping is
unbelievably bad.
