You need to add a wse to qinter and qctl...I'm running braindead right
now, but shoot me a phone number and I'll give you  a call with them...
In the mean time, check the parm on addwse to the sbsd...there's a parm
that has to due with sbs acquisition...  And this is one of those things
that you do once every 3 years and never again...if you need to look it up
ya just dspsbsd and check it out...and it's the kinda crappy question
they're liable to ask on the sysmgr cert exam....the ones you look at once
every 3 years...:)
