Make sure the QLMTSECOFR is set at 0 if the person doing the passthru has 
*ALLOBJ authority.

security.  One problem we are having is when we start a passthru to the level 
40 system it will not allow it because the person is not authorized to the 
virtual device that was created.  Is their a way to get around this or does 
anyone know what I may be missing in the user profile to allow the passthru.
