Donald,

The APIs are documented in the "OS/400 Integrated Language Environment(ILE)
CEE APIs V4R1" manual. These are ILE procedures so you will need to use
CALLP to use them. Additionally, you will need to compile your program to
run in a activation group OTHER THAN *Default. QILE works well if you don't
have a need to use another. Also, you will need to indicate QLECWI as a
binding directory on your compile. The CEEDAYS procedure is actually in the
QLEAWI service program, but the binding directory is the way to go.
