At this time, I believe that bypassing the signon can be done only over an
APPC connection (NS router, i.e.). It cannot be done over TCP/IP until the
next major release of CA (v3r1m3), AFAIK.

As far as initial program, you'd need to run a CL that executes the WRKQRY
as the initial program in the user's user profile.
