The format http://url?parm1+parm2+... etc, passes parm1, parm2, etc., as
entry parameters to the CGI program.  In your example, there is only one
5-byte parameter, so you can code (spacing is not accurate, but you get
the idea):

            *entry          plist
                               parm             parm1            5
