I was in Rochester, yesterday, and had a talk with some IBM folks about
hardware.  There is an understanding in Rochester about the ASCII
controller, but it was not the first item on their to do list.  Look for a
'statement of direction' or 'product preview' or whatever that stuff is
called soon.  That doesn't mean that you get a card tomorrow, but it's a
start.
