I didn't mean to imply that you were from a small account, and may have mixed
up my missives on the subject.  I was replying to the person that implied
that I had never worked in a small-account environment, and may have
mistakenly quoted your note on the subject as the original.  Agreed that this
thread should end, and that my mind won't be changed on the subject any time
soon :-)...
