Yes: But you will have to use native command to make it work; somthing
along these lines SBMJOB cmd(strs36prc prc(catalog) jobq(qbatch2)

This works fine in S/36 environment...... You can even do this on a menu


ps: to get the all the syntax correct key in sbmjob press f4
    key in strs36prc press f4 again and enter your S/36 command, this
    will get all the (( )) correct which I most likely DO NOT Have 
    correct in the above example
