First I've heard of it. Without knowing any more details than that I
don't see how anyone can make a realistic comment other than to say that
the chances of his having found the Y2K silver bullet are roughly equal
to Bette Midler's chances of becoming the next pope.

The boy may well have come up with a useful tool, but there are already
lots of good tools out there. It may even be a unique and innovative
solution to one particular facet of the problem, but I'll be very
surprised if it turns out to be much more than technically illiterate
media nonsense.
