Bob, et al...

The idea of the 1.5hr sessions is fine with me but I'ld also suggest that
you have them grouped in the same track and offer some tracks that are
1-1.25 hr long as some topics/sessions just DON'T NEED 1.5 hrs.... Think
of how many sessions we've been to that have gotten out early or the
speaker droned on just to kill the time... How about multiple tracks, of
varying time lengths to accomodate all options?

IE:

Session A: 8-9
Session B: 9:15-10:45
Session C: 11:00-12:00
Session L: 12:00-12:20 :) (this would require some lunch vendor
planning which should be there anyway )
Session D: 12:30-1400
Session E: 14:15-15:30
Session F: 15:45-17:15
Session G: 17:30-19:00 (YES, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE LATER AND EARLIER
                        SESSIONS!!!!)
Cuds........19:00-......
....and the beat goes on...

Session speakers would signup or be assigned slots based on the amount of
time they need to present a topic....capice?

Granted, this is off the top of my balding pointy little head at the end
of a long day with a blazing headache, but I think you get the idea.
Also, labs would need to be taken into account and probably run on a sched
all their own...

Eh, for what it's worth...
