Chris,

Is that real "PC Support" the old 16-bit Windows 3.1 version? If so, try 
downloading my 16-bit source file transfer program. If it works on the 
customer's PC, as it should, then it can easily be modified to work with a 
specific file, including downloading some stuff before or after the 
database file.
