Neil,

While this is the way I used to do it too... It seems like a lot of steps 
just to check for potential PTFs. So today, I just call up supportline 
about once a month or so, and tell them to send me the latest CUM package 
(on CD). Usually after one or two tries, they actually send me the correct 
one and I waste most of the day installing it.
