Gary - Sounds like some of your PC's on V3R1M1 weren't at a current enough
Service Pack level before you tried to upgrade them to V3R1M2.  Not sure of
the Service Pack level that's required on V3R1M1 but I think you're safe if
you're at SF39584.
If the 400 is at V3R1M2 already you won't be able to load that V3R1M1
Service Pack from the 400, but you can download it from IBM's web site and
apply it to the V3R1M1 PC's, then retry the update from the 400.
