That just made me think...would it be possible to have a CL program go
through a series of CHGSPLFA to each printers queue, release the job so
it prints (with a save attribute) then move on to the next printer?  You
could monitor for device not available, skip that printer and keep tabs
on who did or did not get their copy?  Maybe create a banner page for
the unavailable printer and print a copy on a central system printer for
morning distribution until everyone gets in the habit of leaving their
printers turned on?
