My V3R1M0 system has 1082.5 MB in Q* Libraries.   
My V3R0M5 system has  526.4 MB in Q* Libraries.
                    ---------
                      556.1 MB increase

Sorry about the 700 number.  I was comparing a system with a second
national language on it to one that doesn't.
