Bummer!  I saw a recent announcement on this from IBM, but cannot remember
the package name and don't know whether or not it will fit you particular
requirement.  We recently changed logon scripts in NetWare to accomodate the
same purpose -- uploading new DLL's in the face of changing systems.  I'm not
convinced that this was the way to go, but we're not allowed to "mess" with
PC configurations.
