Pardon me for asking the obvious, but what is the user profile attribute
'Maximum Storage Allowed" set to for QPGMR.  Other pertinent questions, how
much storage does QPGMR have, and how large is this system?  How many
objects does QPGMR own?  (Easiest way to get this answer is to do DSPUSRPRF
QPGMR *OBJOWN *OUTFILE, and count the records in the outfile.)
