John,

We send tapes off sight every day.  Our offsite storage contrator uses tubs
of the sort with built in handles, closing lid and lockable. This type can
be found even at Walmarts in some areas.  They can provide us with foam
inserts that hold twenty tapes to a foam block and you could fit two inserts
per tub.
