Quite possibly yes.. I have spoken to motorola concerning their modem
products several times and they have only inquired as to my name and
business address and the type of Motorola modem we had.. and then I was
delivered to their tech support without any further queries.  Even
though some of these modems we bought used at another businesses going
outa business sale.  We aren't even in their data base as a paying
customer.
