There has been enough interest, both on the list and privately, that
I have decided to produce an eBook on MI and other internal stuff.
I shall not anymore advertise the book on the list (but, since it started
here, I hope David and everybody will forgive me for this last plug).

Interested people can go to http://leif.org and there go to the AS/400 
Corner. For a little while longer, I ask people to bear with my start-up
problems.
