I'm putting in a plug for a vendor, but I'm a huge fan. You should upgrade
to Spreadsheet Server. It's so much better than anything else on the market
right now for AM financials and IFM financial reporting. I don't work for
them - I'm an independent consultant - but contact me offline if you would
like more info and I'll give you a contact there. It's an Excel add-on that
links directly into XA and is very easy for accountants to use since it's
just Excel. If you can do it in Excel, you can do it in SS.

Regarding the Financial Formats: Is there anyway to print the date &
time on the financial reports. (Date & Time Stamp)
We run them so many copies that we do not know which copy is the most
current.
