Release 7 you can do it with Procurement Management and System-Link.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Offline load Vendor Contracts

Hi Group,

Perhaps I am missing something obvious, but is there a way to offline
load vendor contracts? I guess there is not, as I cannot find a MAPICS
option for this, but has anyone out there developed a method for this?

We typically get twice yearly updates from a vendor with 1000+ items,
and manually adding new contracts is a bit dull!

Regards,

David Unwin
