I was instructed to look for the details on E:Info by searching by "OCODT
Order Completion Date". Then, I found this link titled: "PCC order
scheduling and calculation of Order Completion Date, OCODT". Great
information there.

After talking with one of our guys from Quality Control in the
Manufacturing Dept., we have found that we have a real issue with the
determination of correct queue times in the associated work centers and /
or routing records. This apparently is affecting this. We started to use
a report for the Materials Dept and we have started to see issues like
this, issues that we never saw before, well that is good because we
identified that there is a problem and now we can start to fix it.

Thanks for all who responded, specially Tom Stieger.

Regards to all,
