Do the picklist happen to be printer device type *IPDS? & your printer is
not IPDS capable?

[MAPICS-L] Infoprint 1352 Problem?

We recently setup a new IBM infoprint 1352 IPDS capable printer. Things
were working fine we were printing Mapics invoices using overlays etc..
to the printer with no problem.
We then started to print the Mapics Pick lists "AMBFDPFR" to the printer
they seem to print but sometimes the writer ends on the AS400 shortly
thereafter.
If you lock at the job log we are getting this error message....
Writer 692704/QSPLJOB/RP25 did not end normally.
Message ID . . . . . . : CPF3397 Severity . . . . . . . : 60

Message type . . . . . : Information

Date sent . . . . . . : 09/16/05 Time sent . . . . . . :

Message . . . . : Writer 692704/QSPLJOB/RP25 did not end normally.

Recovery . . . : See the job log of the writer that ended to
determine the
cause of the writer failure. Correct any errors and start the writer
again.

Has anyone ever had a similar problem?
