Can anyone please help

Our licenceing is done on a  named users basis ie when we have the full
quota of named users registerd then no-one else can log in.
However, we have a large turnover of Temporary staff and when they leave we
then need to clear out the users licence.
This is a pain in the rear end as it is done manually.

Is there any way that this can be done automatically through Mapics/Via A
Mapics API ????
