When you go to the shop activity entry screen, do these five suspended batches
have a record count? If not, then the batches were opened, but nothing
entered. If there is a record count, takt one of the batch numbers and append
it to the member name that begins with "BCH" when you do a RUNQRY on the SHPACT
file. For example, if the batch number is 597, run the following command:

RUNQRY QRYFILE((AMTLIBx/SHPACT BCH597))

This will display the records in batch 597.

Pete,

Thanks for the response. We currently have five suspended batches of
labor transactions in PCC but the SHPACT file has no records. Does this
make sense?

David

David, Data keyed on the PCC data entry goes into a file called SHPACT
in AMTLIB(x)

We are in the process of changing our methods for entering labor hours.
We are transitioning to entering labor hours in PCC and would like to
know where the keyed data is stored before Shop Activity Update is
performed. Does anyone know the name of the file that holds these
records?

Thanks in Advance,
David Kemp
