Change PO line item to Blanket after partial receipt

   Hi All:

    

   I have a recurring problem when an open PO with a standard item (no
   blanket) with one date has been partially received and then I want to
   break down the remaining open quantity. I cannot because the item can only
   be used once on the PO.  That is due to the coding in the item master. 
   Also, you are forced to have one date for all of the remaining open
   quantity.    Can we have the ability to change an open standard item to a
   blanket on a PO as we can do in COM.
