AFAIK, it depends on your purchasing Questionnaire responses - in particular to
612 DO YOU WANT THE QUANTITY RECEIVED TO STOCK TO BE USED AS THE QUANTITY
RECEIVED?   If you answered YES, QTYDE is supposed to be updated by RP
transactions, if you answered NO,  QTYDE is supposed to be updated by RD
transactions. In your case it appears you are also doing quality control
transactions which may complicate matters (as you are not doing RPs but PQs).

What release of MAPICS are you on and are you current on PTFs-what's your PTF
level?
