<<We have approx. 150 users on a model 620-2175 with 768 Meg of memory and 35 <<Gig of DASD at about 60% usage. We have 13 modules including COM. We <<continuously hear complaints on response time. Since we converted to XA5 <<last weekend, printing of a Pro Forma invoice usually takes about 10 minutes <<without anything else running in batch and we have seen it run for about 30 <<minutes if another job is running. You should check your print program og check your pool configuration. 30 minutes is NOT normal for a proforma invoice, not even on a smaller AS/400 model. Best regards Brian B.
