Do you think that your "child" is ready for use in production? I am preparing new thin client setup for our tn5250 users (ca. 150 souls) and wonder if I should give x5250 a try. What you think?

I use it all day everyday. I know of others who do as well. However, it isn't perfect. Some things aren't quite ready yet. There is still some flickering that can be annoying. And occasionally events get out of sync (though this hasn't happened to me for a long time so it might be fixed). If you need rock solid emulation I would stick to tn5250 (or it's semi-X cousin xt5250). But I would like it if you tried x5250 on a few machines and let me know what problems you run into.
