Yes, it does.  lp5250d is what does the printing.  There is a lot of good
info on how to get that running in both the man pages (man lp5250d) and
the README.

Yes, both.  How to do it depends on how you are running it.  Using it on
Windows is different than Unix.  If you are using linux or unix just
resize the xterm with a Control-right click.  You can set the font using
the font_80 and font_132 parameters in the tn5250rc file.  Again, check
the man pages or the README.
