Nope, this doesn't appear to have ever been committed.   (And it was
written before I had the ability to commit things)   The notation from
Jay in the ChangeLog was for a different cursor patch from Dave McKenzie,
not for that one.

I went ahead and committed it.  Let me know if it works for you.
